What information can I change when a club is active?

When you have activated your club you can change the majority of the club information, you will be asked when changing it if you would like to change it for just the one week or all weeks following.

You can change;

  • Time of club
  • Date of club
  • Students involved
  • Age Group

You an't change;

  • Name of club
  • Gender

Changing Club / Activity details

If you would like to change the details of your club / activity then you can do so by clicking the edit pencil to the right of the club name. Here you can change details for either one specific week or for all weeks following.

Adding / Removing a student from a register

You can add / remove a student from the club / activity by going to the website (app.squadintouch) and clicking into your chosen week, click on the edit pencil next to the team list and then;

  1. To add a student, find your chosen pupil, highlight them by clicking on their name and then move them from the right box to the left using the arrows at the bottom of the screen, you will then have the option to save this for every week or just the one week that you're on.
  2. To remove a student, find your chosen pupil, highlight them by clicking on their name and then move them from the left box to the right using the arrows at the bottom of the screen, you will then have the option to save this for every week or just the one week that you're on.

Cancelling a Club / Activity

If you would like to cancel a club / activity then you can do so by clicking into the chosen activity and click 'Actions' > 'Cancel'. This will only cancel one week of the club.

QUESTIONS;

  1. IF YOU DELETE AN ACTIVE CLUB FROM CONSOLE.SQUADINTOUCH IT DOES NOT DELETE THE CLUB FROM YOUR CALENDAR, SHOULD IT?
